Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service possible to all of my clients & to protect my business time, I kindly ask for atleast 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service. •Cancellations or reschedules made less than 3 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service. •No-show appointments (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full service price & must be paid before a new appointment can be booked. This policy helps me cover the time reserved for you and allows me to accommodate other clients. A deposit will be required to secure appointments. This policy is being implemented due to an increase in late cancellations, frequent reschedules, and no-show appointments, as well as instances of insufficient funds on the card on file. Deposits are put in place to protect my time and my business. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled last minute if canceled. Please note: •Deposits are non-refundable/ non transferable. •Deposits may be forfeited in the event of late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling. (A new deposit must me made to secure a new appointment.) •As a courtesy, I allow a one-time transfer of your deposit if you reschedule at least 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment. After that, the deposit will be forfeited. •If a card on file declines for a cancellation or no-show fee, a deposit will be required for all future bookings. •Deposits will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment when policies are followed. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to work with you.
